These terms apply to your use of goastays.com and to enquiries and bookings arranged through GoaStays, a travel business based in Panjim, Goa and registered with Goa Tourism.

Website information

We work to keep information on this website accurate, but stays, experiences, seasonal dates, festival dates and prices can change. Bundles, itineraries and the Susegad Score examples shown on this website are illustrative until confirmed for your booking.

Enquiries and quotes

An enquiry is not a booking. We send a written quote with inclusions, rates and terms. A booking is confirmed only when you accept the quote and make any required payment.

Payments and cancellations

Payment, cancellation and refund terms depend on each property and experience provider. We share these in writing before you confirm and apply them as stated.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate details, follow property rules and local laws, carry valid ID, and follow safety guidance, including beach flags and Forest Department rules.

Liability

Stays and experiences are provided by independent owners and operators. We coordinate on your behalf and will help resolve issues, but we are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, natural events or government restrictions.
