GoaStays (“we”, “us”) is a travel business based in Panjim, Goa, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information shared through goastays.com, WhatsApp, phone and email.

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, number of guests, preferences and any message you write. When you sign up for updates we collect your email address. Our website may also record basic, non-identifying usage data such as pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, suggest stays and experiences, prepare quotes and bookings, and, if you asked for them, send seasonal updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share only the details needed with the properties and experience partners involved in your booking. Our enquiry form is delivered by a third-party email form service (FormSubmit), and messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending updates, by emailing ceo@bestgoadeals.com. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
